Som ung skytte starter man med at tr\u00e6ne salonriffel.<\/h5>\n

P\u00e5 den indend\u00f8rs 15 meter bane skyder vi riffel om vinteren. I sommerperioden tager vi ud p\u00e5 den udend\u00f8rs 50 meter bane.\u00a0<\/p>\n

God koncentration<\/h2>\n

Generelt er skydning en sport som fremmer koncentration, og som har vist godt resultater p\u00e5 eksempelvis b\u00f8rn med ADHD.
Skydning handler om at finde ro i b\u00e5de krop og sind. Ved skydning l\u00e6rer man at ting som \u00e5ndedrat og fysisk udholdenhed p\u00e5virker ens resultater. Selv p\u00e5virkninger fra ens puls bliver tydelige. Derfor g\u00e5r meget tr\u00e6ning ud p\u00e5 at f\u00e5 ro p\u00e5 hovedet, og lade det smitte af p\u00e5 kroppen.<\/p>\n
